Just In: One killed as APC, PDP thugs continue supremacy battle in Osun

 A member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in  In Ife South Local Government whose name was yet to be confirmed was reportedly gunned down by suspected political thugs yesterday in Ife, with the PDP fingering the All Progressives Congress.

This was coming days after a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC was killed in Ijebu Jesa. 

The series of attacks by thugs loyal to the two main political parties on party members had become worrisome and called for the urgent attention of all security agencies. 

The political attack which started before the February 25, presidential and national assembly elections has claimed not less than seven life with dozens injured.

The two parties have been pointing accusing fingers at one another and the security agencies yet to put a stop to the disturbing trend.
